Production based on highest quality standards

Producing your liquid formula is another part of the services we offer. Our step-by-step contract manufacturing process creates your specific liquid product – from the exact measuring of the individual raw material portions to the complex mixing of product solutions using state-of-the-art machines and production technologies. Our daily production steps include dispersions, homogenization, emulsions and pasteurization or sterifiltration. Process technologies play a vital role in production, and we are continually developing and optimizing them. Bulk goods are delivered in 1,000-liter containers and can be further processed and filled by you.

Filling

Exact and hygienic filling of your bulk goods in large and small packages. The primary packaging offered ranges from 15ml to 1,000ml.

Perfectly customized filling based on use

We also provide various filling options. Sanomed’s high-performance filling machines are available for your bulk production. Select your optimal container size from our wide range of primary packaging products. Our multiple filling systems for liquid products can fill ampoules, small or large bottles and seal them for you.
Our product offering comprises small 15ml – 30ml drinking bottles and 60ml to 1,000ml minidrinks, shots and bottles. We are able to adjust our contract filling processes specifically to your bulk goods and and get them perfectly adjusted to your requirements and your respective product use case.
